Description:
the Project is implemented on the basis of technology and "know-how" of float production of flat glass and hard glass coatings by Stewart Engineers Inc. (USA). The plant under construction for the production and processing of flat glass will have a capacity of 197,100 tons / year, including:
- sheet glass (70-80%);
- low-emission, energy-saving hard-coated glass (20-30%); The construction site of the plant is 50.0 hectares, including 14.5 hectares for future development. The technological complex of the plant consists of 35 buildings and structures.
The plant consists of:
- main building with furnace room, float bath, annealing gallery and cutting and packaging department including finished product warehouse and 180 m high pipe
- a compound branch of the preparation of glass batch with a gallery of the filing of the charge
- warehouses of soda, dolomite, limestone and sand including the averaging department
- recycling water supply stations, water treatment plants, pumping stations with tank farms
- hydrogen station
- nitrogen station
- gas boiler
- backup diesel generator set with fuel storage
- gas supply from gas distribution station
- power grid facilities with 4 complete transformer substations
- administrative and household building with a dining room.
Description of services
- Analysis of design and estimate documentation, in the interests of the investor and creditor
- Independent examination of the main technological cycle of the plant, preparation of comments and recommendations on the engineering project of the technological line - glass production on a float bath, annealing, cutting, packaging and warehousing. Independent review of the project's resource base
- Preparation of a "Zero" Report before the opening of project financing by the Development Bank of Kazakhstan with confirmation of historical project costs based on primary accounting documents and the actual state of the construction site, the volume and quality of work performed
- Systematic directly on the construction site, independent technical control of construction and installation works, including their volume and quality, as well as input control of materials and equipment. Constant participation in operational meetings and acceptance of completed works
- Control of acceptance and storage of main and auxiliary technological equipment at the construction site. Field acceptance of the equipment at the manufacturing plants.
- Monitoring of the implementation schedule of the investment project and financial plan, preparation of forecasts for the project implementation period and possible problems in the implementation of the project
- Control of capital expenditures and verification of the intended use of funds.
- Registration of payment certificates to Contractors and approval of payment registers of the client performing the duties of the Customer-developer for the investment project
- Preparation of monthly reports confirming the volume of expenditures and their intended use, as well as information on the progress of the project, participation in meetings of investors and creditors. Informing and advising investors and creditors on all issues related to the implementation of the investment project with the preparation of special reporting materials. Analysis and immediate transfer to creditors and investors of information about all events that have a significant impact on the financial model of the investment project
- Verification, after putting the object into commercial operation, of achieving the targets provided for by the financial model of the investment project;
- Preparation of the" Final " Report on the investment project.
