Description:
On the site, with an area of 30.0 ha, there are 39 buildings and structures of the technological complex of the plant with a dry capacity of 150 thousand tons of clinker per day. Project documentation was developed by the project Institute "ChinaCamsEngineering Ci" LTD, the project was adapted by "Institute Karaganda Promstroyproekt" LLP. The estimated capacity of the cement plant is 511.5 thousand tons / year, the total area of the plant's production facilities is more than 20,000 sq. m.
The plant consists of:
- clinker kilns
- cyclone heat exchanger tower-reserve and averaging lime warehouse, raw material warehouses with systems for loading, averaging and feeding components
- raw mill department;
- department of coal grinding
- central control panel and factory laboratory
- clinker cooler of the clinker conveyor gallery;
- cement packing and shipping Department with concrete silos
- administrative and household building with a dining room
- power grid facilities of the plant with 4 complete transformer substations and a backup diesel generator set.
Description of services:
› Techno-economic analysis feasibility study, checking the source and permits, verification of the design-budget documentation, adjustment estimates in the interests of investors and creditors
› Independent examination of the financial model of the investment project, including reconciliation of initial data and independent examination of production technology
› Preparation of a "Zero" Report before the opening of financing of the project DB of Sberbank of Russia JSC with confirmation of historical project costs based on primary accounting documents and the actual state of the construction site, the volume and quality of work performed
› Regular monitoring of the process of construction and installation of plant equipment, providing the creditor with information about the state of construction twice a week.
› Monitoring of the implementation schedule of the investment project and the financial plan, regular preparation of forecasts for the timing of the project and possible problems of project implementation.
› Confirmation of the borrower's expenses and verification of their intended use
› Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports confirming the volume of expenditures and their intended use, as well as information about the progress of the project. Informing and advising the investor and lender on all issues related to the implementation of the investment project
