Provided services description:
Objective: The Priority Investment Program focused on the following four major components: Construction of a MBT facility and an adjacent 7.9 ha sanitary landfill, supply of specialized equipment and machinery, closure of the existing dumpsite.
Services include:
› Review and recommendations concerning the Company’s organisation based on the recommendations of the FS Consultant;
› Assistance to the Company in developing the collection points network computer model, drafting tender documents, carrying out tender procedures, preparing evaluation reports and contracts;
› Project management support, including procurement of contracts, appropriate design and preparation of technical specifications, contract and financial administration;
› Supervision and administration of contracts;
› Arrangement of timely disbursement under the contracts. During the implementation of the Project the Tender Documents including engineering-geological services have been developed for all components.
Unfortunately, due to the restructuring of the Client the Project has been stopped just before the awards of the contractor’s contracts.
