Description:
Construction of a rail-and-beam plant with a capacity of 430 thousand tons of rolled products, including 200 thousand tons of rails 100 meters long for combined high-speed traffic with differential hardening, the technology supplier is Primetals Technology.
The plant consists of: a rail-and-beam shop; a 40 MW self-powered power plant based on gas-piston engines manufactured by Wartsila (Finland),=80 MVA transformer substation for issuing / receiving electric energy, a closed-cycle water treatment station using reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, and preparation of dewatered sludge suitable for recycling,railway tracks of a transport dead end, and other auxiliary buildings and structures. Description of services:
› Verification of design and estimate documentation
› Expert assessment of the proposed technology for the possibility of the project goals, its feasibility and testing;
› Checking of materials, equipment and completed works for compliance with project requirements
› Checking of the volume of work performed, submitted by the contractor, for their compliance with the actual values;
› Checking the quality of work performed
› Checking the achievement of design indicators when commissioning a plant, power plant, water treatment facilities;
› Performing the functions of construction supervision in full compliance with the requirements of the regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reporting and interaction with Supervisory authorities;
› Preparation of monthly reports, participation in investor meetings
