Provided services description:
Western High Speed Diameter is Russia's first toll road in a city. It is a 46 km highway, consisting of three sections connecting the north, centre and south of St. Petersburg. WHSD will significantly reduce traffic pressure on urban highways for the inhabitants inside the city as well as for people driving through the city.
Main Activities:
› Technology and price audit of design documents;
› Construction supervision of the day to day progress and quality of the works;
› Review and approval of Contractor’s working documentation, method statements, assessment of design changes
› Quality control of incoming materials, pre-cast structures and machinery;
› Quantity surveying;
› Test control;
› Control of the Contractor’s HSE measures;
› Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports;
› Certification of Interim Payments;
› Assessing temporary works; certifying works;
› Variations and extensions of Time;
› Initiation of any dispute resolution process;
› Check and approval of as-built documentation
Contractual Role: Engineer on FIDIC based ERC contract
