Objective:
To assist the EBRD with the technical, financial, environmental and social due diligence for the Yakutsk Water Project. Total capex financing needs were estimated at RUB 3.9 billion comprised of the EBRD loan (RUB 2.1 billion) and local co-financing of RUB 1.8 billion.
