Provided services description:
LGEK OJSC signed a Loan Agreement with EBRD on financing the investment programme for development of municipal infrastructure: water supply, wastewater treatment system, district heating and electricity. Priority Investment programme included 24 subprojects 11 of which were financed from EBRD loan. The Enterprise established PIU for operational management of the investment project. Total project investments amount to RUB 1146 mln. where RUB 915 mln were the EBRD loan. The Consultant task was to assist the PIU in project management and implementation throughout the investment period of 5 years. PMC services covered design and preparation of the tender documents for 11 subprojects, assistance in organizing and evaluation of the tenders, performance the function of the project engineer and supervisor, contract administrator during the construction phase.
