Objective:
Feasibility study to substantiate Investment Programme for rehabilitation and construction of water facilities aimed at ensuring sustainable operation of the Company and improvement in the quality of services provided to the customers. The PIP estimated cost amounts to about EUR 30.7 million to be co-financed from the EBRD loan of EUR 11.3 million, the local co-financing of EUR 19.4 million.
