Provided services description:
1. Preparation of tender documents in compliance with EBRD requirements for:
› Construction of 21 coal-fired boiler houses under turnkey ready contract.
› Procurement of 52 oil burners.
› 39 387 meters of pre-insulated pipes.
› 158 pumps.
› 91 frequency convertors.
In total, the amount of goods and works to be procured is up to 448 million rub. (11 million Euro).
2. Support of PIU at tendering.
3. Evaluation of proposals, contracts signing with winners and rendering other appropriate services.
Services provided:
› Project Management.
› Collection of required data, analysis, necessary clarifications.
› Development of technical specification and commercial part of TD.
› Assurance of TD compliance with the requirements of EBRD procurement rules.
› All other required services needed to the Client for tendering and procurement of goods and works.
