Provided services description:
MUE Vologdagorteploset has received a loan in the amount of 450 million rubles and received a grant of 82 million rubles for modernization of boiler rooms, heating systems and central heating stations.
Total must be reconstructed:
› 6 boilers with a total capacity of 78 Gcal / h,
› 12 sections of heating networks with a length from 100 m to 450 m and a diameter from 200 mm to 500 mm;
and be installed more than 195 IHS (Individual Heat Substations).
Services included:
› Review of the existing data and preparation of the concept, engineering and detailed design as well as technical specifications for the Project,
› Preparation of tender documentation and implementation of the contracts procurement as per appropriate FIDIC Contract Conditions and EBRD PPRs,
› Construction supervision,
› Contract administration.
