Provided services description:
The contract provides provisioning of technical assistance and support to the PIU of Aktobe TPP (Thermal Power Plant) in connection with the tender for the supply and installation of steam and gas turbines and other equipment for the reconstruction of Aktobe TPP, as well as services for monitoring the execution of the contract and supervision.
The reconstruction of the TPP includes:
1. Installation of a new gas turbine generator set with a steam generator of heat recovery with a capacity of 50 MW of electricity and 70 t / h of steam and a set of additional equipment.
2. Replace the existing steam turbine with a new steam turbine, a power generator and mandatory additional equipment with a capacity of at least 30 MW;
3. Replacing the old boiler with a new one with a capacity of at least 200 tons of steam per hour;
4. Installation of pumps of various capacities from 75 m3 / h to 2,500 m3 / h;
5. The introduction of local control systems and equipment;
6. The total investment cost is estimated at 50 million Euros.
