Provided services description:
Objective:
The aim of the Project is to rehabilitate and reconstruct wastewater treatment facilities in seven cities, namely Kletsk, Lyuban, Fanipol, Baranovichi, Bereza, Zhlobin, Shklov.
The total investment is estimated at EUR 32 million (EBRD loan and capital grants):
› Kletsk: construction of new wastewater treatment plants (“WWTP”), reconstruction of wastewater pressure line;
› Lyuban: construction of new WWTP, reconstruction of pressure and gravity sewer lines;
› Fanipol: construction of new WWTP, reconstruction of sewer pumping stations;
› Baranovichi: refurbishment and reconstruction of existing WWTP and main sewer pumping station, purchase of sewer maintenance equipment;
› Bereza: refurbishment and reconstruction of existing WWTP, reconstruction of wastewater pumping facilities, hydraulic modelling of water supply network, purchase of water supply leak detection equipment;
› Zhlobin: reconstruction of existing WWTP, including sludge treatment, reconstruction of the main sewer pumping station;
› Shklov: construction of new WWTP, reconstruction and construction of new sewer pumping stations and sewage pressure conduits.
Main Activities:
› Building the capacity, training and support of a PIU;
› Review and update of PIP cost estimates;
› Overall Project management;
› Preparation of Detailed Designs and Technical Specifications;
› Preparation of tender documents according to appropriate FIDIC Contract Conditions and EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules;
› Assistance in procurement, arrangement of the tendering procedure for works and goods, including evaluation of tenders and drafting tender evaluation reports;
› Contracts administration;
› Arrangement of timely disbursements under the contracts;
› Construction supervision.
