Project Name: District Heating Energy Efficiency Project in Uzbekistan – Implementation and Supervision of the Project in Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent (TC-8). Republic of Uzbekistan.

Provided services description:
The overall budget of this project is 140 million USD.
Investments are provided for the following components:
› Modernization of five Boiler Houses;
› Rehabilitation (replacement) of 136 km DH networks;
› Installation of 1836 Individual Heat Substations (IHSs) in multi-apartment and public buildings;
› Installation of two Central Heat Substations (CHSs);
› Partial reconstruction of the electrical distribution network, including power cables (6 kV and 0.4 kV), installation of transformers in the existing substations;
› Supply of tools, equipment and mechanisms necessary for maintenance of DH systems.
The Consultant’s services include inter alia the following:
› Procurement and Implementation plans development;
› Geotechnical survey conduction;
› ToR and commercial part of bidding documents preparation and futher Client approval;
› Bidding, proposal evaluation;
› Contracts Execution and Administration;
› Client interaction support with the World Bank and other government bodies involved;
