Provided services description:
The Eurasian Stabilization and Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the EFSD), which is managed by the Eurasian Development Bank, has provided the Kyrgyz Republic with an investment loan of $ 60 million to finance the construction / reconstruction of the 2 (3) lane asphalt road from Madaniat to Jalal-Abad with a total length of 67 km.
Main Activities: Providing advice and recommendations with a view to the consistent interpretation and application of the requirements of the FIDIC contracts within the Project implementation, including:
› work with claims or complaints received by the Organizer during the implementation of the Project;
› resolving issues related to the management of contracts and examination of reports, including but not limited to comparing planned and actual progress in physical and monetary terms, identifying violations of quality / construction deadlines and providing recommendations for corrective measures (with the exception of environmental and resettlement issues)
