Description:
Construction of the facility "Expansion of the Aktogay Mining and processing plant. Sulfide ore processing plant». The design capacity of the plant for processing copper-molybdenum sulfide ores is 25.0 million tons per year. The annual production capacity of the factory for finished products will be 310 thousand tons of copper concentrate and 3600 tons of molybdenum concentrate. Construction of the facility is conducted by KAZ Minerals Aktogay LLP (KAZ Minerals Aktogay). The project is implemented using the technology for separating the collective copper-molybdenum concentrate with sodium hydrosulfide, developed by the Australian firm "Fluor Australia Pty Ltd». On 78.5 hectares 27 industrial components of the project will be built and put into operation as well as a working town with a full infrastructure for 3,600 people.
The concentration plant also includes:
- site of the ore warehouse;
- ground pipeline, вepartment of primary crushing of ore, separation of ore pebble crusher;
- lime unloading and distribution building and storage area for mill footings.

Description of services
- Preparation of a “Zero” Report before the opening of project financing with confirmation of historical project costs based on primary accounting documents and the actual state of the construction site, the volume and quality of work performed
- Systematic. directly on the construction site, technical control of construction and installation works, including their volume and quality, as well as input control of materials and equipment. Permanent participation in operational meetings and technical supervision (construction control) on the construction site
- Control of production, shipment and acceptance on the construction site of the main and auxiliary technological equipment, with the acceptance of equipment at manufacturing plants
- Monitoring of the implementation schedule of the investment project and financial plan, preparation of forecasts for the timing of the project and possible problems.
- Control of capital expenditures and verification of the intended use of funds for an investment project
- Registration of payment certificates to Contractors and approval of payment registers of the client performing the duties of the Customer-developer for the investment project.
- Preparation of quarterly reports confirming the volume of expenditures and their intended use, as well as information on the progress of the project, participation in meetings of investors and creditors. Informing and advising investors and creditors on all issues related to the implementation of the investment project with the preparation of special reporting materials. Analysis and immediate transfer to creditors and investors of information about all events that have a significant impact on the financial model of the investment project;
- Verification of the achievement of the targets provided for by the financial model after the facility is put into commercial operation;
- Preparation of the" Final " Report on the Investment project
