Provided services description:
Objective: The overall objective of the Project was to improve water supply services in Yakutsk city. The Project was financed with loans provided by EBRD and local funds of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic created using two credit lines from VTB Bank (PJSC) and Eurasian Development Bank.The total investments under the project amounted to EUR 74 million.
Project Components:
• Design and construction of a city water intake station with a capacity of 110,000 cubic meters / day. (a unique object according to the classification of the GC RF) consisting of: a water intake bucket-backwater (building area - 33,095.5 square meters); 1st lift pump station (building volume - 10 352 cubic meters); transformer substation KTPNB-2x1000-6 / 0,4kV; diesel power station (1100 kVA); SOA with security perimeter.
• Design and construction of a water treatment plant with a capacity of 110,000 cubic meters / day consisting of: a water treatment plant (building volume - 50,270 cubic meters); reagent economy (construction volume - 11 390 cubic meters); storage tanks (2x650 cubic meters); Transformer substation KTPNB 2x1250-6 / 0,4kV; Wastewater treatment facilities; Metal tanks and septic tanks with electrically heated; SOA with security perimeter.
• Design and construction of an electrolysis station with a maximum consumption of active chlorine - 1008 kg / day, consisting of: electrolysis with storage facilities (construction volume - 5,678 cubic meters); transformer substation 2KTPN 6 / 0.4 kV
Main activities:
• General coordination of all activities under the Project;
• Review and approval of the preliminary designs prepared by the local designers;
• Development of all tender documents and procurement support;
• Acting as the Engineer in all FIDIC contracts;
• Administration of contracts executed under the Project;
• Dealing with situations in accordance with contracts;
• Assistance to the Company with provision of the data, advice, opinion and information in relation to contracts implementation.
• Review and approval of the Contractor’s detailed design;
• Arrangement of timely disbursement under the contracts.
