Provided services description:
Construction of a metallurgical plant in the village Hanobod Zangiata district of Tashkent region for the production of up to 500 thousand tons per year of cold-rolled steel sheet from hot-rolled steel with the possibility of using part of the final product in the automotive industry.
The list of objects includes:
The main cell, the technology supplier is Danieli (Italy);
Water treatment plant;
Electrical substation with capacity of 80 MVA;
Single-ended siding;
Warehouses for temporary storage of outputs and consumables and other buildings.
Overall project budget: EUR 334,5 million.
Main activities:
• Verification of design and cost estimates;
• Expert assessment of the proposed technology in terms of the possibility of the project goals set, its feasibility and assessment;
• Control of materials, equipment and work performed for compliance with design requirements;
• Checking the volume of work performed by the contractor for their compliance with the actual values;
• Quality control;
• Verification of the achievement of design indicators in the delivery of the plant, water treatment facilities and auxiliary facilities in operation;
• Construction supervision in full compliance with the requirements of standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reporting and interaction with supervisory authorities;
• Preparation of monthly reports, participation in investor meetings
