Objective:
The Project supports priority investments in rehabilitation of the water supply and wastewater systems of the Company, including modernization of principal water intake (Q=26,500 cub.meter/day) and 2 main wastewater pumping stations (Q1=63,000, Q2=60,000 cub.meter/day). The total Priority Investment Program (“PIP”) capex is estimated at KZT 4.1 billion (EUR 10.1 million equivalent). The Consultant’s role is to act as an adviser but to provide strong day-to-day project management input and provide full engineering and design services to ensure the project is well-implemented and on time.
Main activities:
› Overall Project management,
› Review of Project Implementation Plan and Procurement Plan,
› Preparation of tender documents according to appropriate FIDIC Contract Conditions and EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules,
› Assistance in procurement,
› Contracts administration,
› Construction supervision,
› PIU Support.
