Provided services description:
Objective:
The objective of the consultancy assignment was to support Arkhangelsk Vodokanal in implementation of the EBRD funded Municipal Water Sector Development Project and in providing all documentation required by EBRD. The Project comprised the following technical sub-components/contracts: leak detection and hydraulic modelling; rehabilitation of 5 wastewater pump stations; reconstruction of parts of Water Treatment Works (disinfection systems, and wash water treatment system); SCADA system at water pumping stations and water works; cleaning vehicle and CCTV units. The total PIP capex amounted to EUR 17.6 million

• Overall Project management and PIU support,
• Review of Priority Investment Programme,
• Design and preparation of tender documents according to appropriate FIDIC Contract Conditions and EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules,
• Assistance in procurement and tender procedures,
• Tender evaluation,
